  1. RETURN ELIGIBILITY

We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date.

To be eligible for a return:

• The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition.
• All original packaging, tags, manuals, and accessories must be included.
• The item must not be damaged due to misuse, improper handling, or normal wear and tear.
• Proof of purchase or order confirmation must be provided.

Returns that do not meet these requirements may be rejected.

  1. NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

The following items are not eligible for return:

• Personalized or customized products
• Final sale or clearance items
• Products that have been worn, altered, damaged, or used after delivery
• Certain jewelry items where return is restricted for hygiene or safety reasons

  1. HOW TO REQUEST A RETURN

To initiate a return, contact our customer support team within 30 days of delivery.

Please provide:

• Customer name
• Reason for return
• Photos of the item (if damaged, defective, or incorrect)

  1. RETURN SHIPPING

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless:

• The item arrived damaged
• The item is defective
• The wrong item was shipped

No restocking fees apply.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service. Saveorbit is not responsible for lost or undelivered return shipments.

  1. DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE, OR INCORRECT ITEMS

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Include clear photos of:

• The item received
• The product packaging
• Any visible damage

After verification, we may offer:

• A replacement
• A full refund
• Store credit

  1. REFUND PROCESS

After we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the refund status.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error, a defective product, or a damaged shipment.

Refund processing generally takes 5–10 business days after approval, depending on your financial institution.

We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or incorrect. If you need an exchange, please contact our support team for assistance.

If you have not received your refund:
