Orders are processed during normal business hours, Monday through Friday, excluding major holidays.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information.

Shipping availability may vary depending on destination and local carrier restrictions.

If delivery is unavailable to your location, you will be notified during checkout or shortly after placing your order.

  1. INCORRECT SHIPPING INFORMATION

Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping information.

If an address correction is needed, please contact us immediately after placing your order.

Once an order has been shipped, address modifications may not be possible.

Saveorbit is not responsible for delivery issues resulting from incorrect information provided by the customer.

  1. LOST, STOLEN, OR DELAYED PACKAGES

If your package appears delayed, lost, or undelivered, please contact us.

We will work with the shipping carrier to investigate the shipment and assist in resolving the issue.

Packages marked as delivered by the carrier but reported missing may require additional investigation before a replacement or refund can be considered.

  1. DAMAGED SHIPMENTS

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Please include:

• Order number
• Photos of the damaged item
• Photos of the packaging

After review, we may provide a replacement, refund, or other appropriate resolution.

International delivery availability may vary by destination.

Customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, VAT, or other fees imposed by local authorities.

These charges are not included in product prices or shipping costs unless otherwise stated.

  1. REFUSED OR UNDELIVERABLE SHIPMENTS

If a shipment is refused by the recipient or returned as undeliverable due to incorrect address information, additional shipping charges may apply before reshipment.

Any refund issued in such cases may be reduced by shipping and handling expenses incurred.
